U.S. employment and housing data released by the United States show that the economy continues to slow down, limiting the loss of gold. As of press time, gold/USD was traded at $3390, with little change.
As US President Trump said Iran has taken the initiative to contact, risk appetite has improved slightly. In this case, the next key resistance level will be $3450 and the recent all-time high of $3500. Conversely, if gold/USD falls below the day's low of $3370, the pullback may extend to $3350, or even lower. The next key support level will be the 50-day simple moving average (SMA) at $3,301, followed by the April 3 high to support at $3,167.
